Contact
Betting Apps Kenya is a new site and its publisher has not yet published a contact channel. This page says so plainly, explains what a message to the editorial team can and cannot do once a channel exists, and points you to the right place for the questions this site cannot answer.
The honest position
The publishing entity and its contact channel are not published yet, and no reply time is promised. The site runs in DEMO status until the owner publishes those details in the site's configuration, at which point this page and the footer will show them. Nothing on this page should be read as a promise that a message will be answered within a given time.
What a message can help with
- An error on a page: a wrong section number, a misquoted rule, a licence line that no longer matches the regulator's page. The corrections page lists what to include.
- A guide that is missing: a question about betting apps in Kenya that the site does not yet answer.
- A broken link, or a page that does not display properly on your phone.
What a message cannot help with
This site cannot act on a complaint against an operator, release a withdrawal, recover a deposit sent to the wrong number, verify a specific app for you or give legal advice. It has no relationship with any operator and no standing with the regulator.
If your question is about something else
| If your question is about | The right place | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A bet, a deposit, a withdrawal or your account | The operator's customer care centre | Section 68(8) of the Gambling Control Act, 2025 requires an online operator to maintain a customer care centre within Kenya. Under regulation 9(2)(e) of the Gambling Control (Conduct of Gambling Operations) Regulations, 2026, a matter unresolved after seventy-two hours, or one you escalate in writing, must be referred to the Authority. |
| A complaint the operator has not resolved | The Gambling Regulatory Authority | Section 10(m) of the Act gives the Authority the function of receiving and determining complaints from the public. Its website describes a complaint form delivered to its offices at ACK Garden Annex, 7th floor, Nairobi, and advertises a toll-free line, 0800-723-770. |
| Gambling that has stopped being play | The toll-free line 0800-723-770 and the help page | The line is shown on the regulator's website. Self-exclusion is a right under section 115(1) of the Act; the help page explains the route and the limits every licensee must offer. |
| Self-exclusion | An application to the Authority on Form 1 | Regulation 70(1) of the 2026 Conduct Regulations: apply to the Authority on Form 1 in the First Schedule, stating the period and attaching a copy of your national ID or passport. Online platforms must also offer a real-time self-exclusion mechanism of their own (regulation 67(3)). |
| An app listing or an APK you believe is fake | The store's report option, and the Authority | Each store has a report option on the listing. Regulation 102(2) of the 2026 Conduct Regulations defines an illegal gambling platform as any website, application, device or electronic system offering gambling without the required licence, so the Authority is the body that can act. |
| How an operator handles your personal data | The operator first, then the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner | Section 26 of the Data Protection Act, 2019 gives you the right to be informed, to access your data, to object and to correction or deletion of false or misleading data; section 56 lets you complain to the Data Commissioner orally or in writing, and the complaint must be concluded within ninety days. |
A note for operators
Operators are named here only as the regulator lists them, in alphabetical order, with domains as plain text. The site does not accept payment for a mention, does not link to operators and does not publish operator-supplied material, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to update on request, except a factual error, which is handled through the corrections process like any other.
